What is the refund policy?

SLIMRX CENTER programs are paid for in a month-to-month subscription or as a one-time payment and are non-refundable except for in the following scenarios, outlined in this policy.

4-Month Weight Loss Program;

• If you change your mind and decide to cancel your Program within 24 hours of purchase but before medication is shipped, you may request a full refund by contacting [email protected].

Receiving a Refund:

SLIMRX CENTER programs are not refundable, except under the circumstances outlined above. If the above reason applies to you, you can cancel your SLIMRX CENTER membership at any time by emailing [email protected] with the subject line “Cancellation Request”.

If you paid for your Program by credit or debit card, we will credit your refund to your card on file within 10 business days of SLIMRX CENTER confirming you are refund eligible. SLIMRX CENTER will notify you of whether you are eligible for a refund by responding to your request.

By accepting a refund, you are electing to withdraw from your SLIMRX CENTER program. Read our full Terms & Conditions for more information about our membership.
